The long wait was finally over! Ritwik spent an entire day with kids at the Siri Fort Sports Complex on 13 May 08. The day started with him playing individually with all the enrolled children. He gave specific inputs to each one of them. Various drills were then taken up. Coaches were involved in the whole process...as they were guided by Ritwik to carry forward the development process.
On 14 May 08 separate profiles would be developed for each participant based on inputs from Ritwik and Dr. B.I.Singh. Physical fitness tests will also be carried out to assess the present level of fitness in each participant and how this can be enhanced in the coming weeks.
Milo Open bound kids were given special inputs by Ritwik during the day. This will be carried forward on 14 May 08 with him and subsequently by other coaches as per inputs from him and Dr. B.I.Singh.
A second round of sessions with kids is being planned by Ritwik towards the last week of May 08. This would be for about 5-6 days. During this time he would seek to take the child specific development process forward.
