Circular for all Delhi Squash Players...dated 12 July 08

This is to inform all concerned that the Senior Nationals would be held at Secundrabad Club (Hyderabad) from 19^th to 23^rd Aug. 2008 and the Inter-State Tournament will be held thereafter from 23^rd to 27^th Aug. 2008.

The trials for selecting the official Delhi State team will be held on 26^th July, 2008 from 9.00 a.m. onwards at the DDA Sports Complex, Saket, New Delhi. If the trials are not completed on the 26^th Aug. then they will continue on 27^th Aug. 2008 also.

The selection committee would be headed by Dr. Bhartinder Singh. Other members of the selection committee would be Wing Commander Ingle and Mr. Lalit Advani.

In case Saket Sports Complex is not available the venue will be changed.

All persons desiring to participate in the selection trials should give their names to Mr. Sharad Sharma, Mobile No. : 9810379468 who will co-ordinate the trials.

Delhi Squash Association would be providing to & fro 3^rd AC fare to all the members of official team. The board and lodging at Secundrabad (Hyderabad) will have to be done by the participants themselves.

All those selected will have to deposit Rs.1000/- as security for their participation at the tournament. This amount would be refunded once they board the train at Delhi. This security is being taken because there should not be last moment withdrawal which puts the whole team in difficulty.
